Matters regarding the administration of your business that need fixing as a result of something your previous accountant did or didn’t do - are additionally charged. We settle them individually - based on their scope and time we need to fix them.
All the matters not in regards with the business, but concerning the Client as a private individual are charged additionally.
Invoices are being processed at the beginning of a second week of the month that comes after the end of a quarter, at the latest.
All the invoices that are received during the last week of the quarter, may sometimes not be processed - due to the lack of time. They will be processed in the next quarter.
Invoices for the administration of you business are issued each month up front. The payment is due within 14 days.
Both the Client and Our Office have the right to terminate our cooperation without notice and without providing any reason. The only requirement is for the Client to settle all the due invoices, and for Our Office - to settle and finish all the matters regarding the Client’s business within the time that has already been paid by the Client.
